lalalindsay: There is only one word that dismays me more than the word “loaf” and that is the word… patty. As in “Salmon Patty”. Back to the salmon. Let’s call it a fritter (which is entirely innaccurate but you get my point). I suppose we could even call it a cake. I’m not concerned if either of those are accurate descriptions.
