Pretzel Crusted Baked Chicken. Cue: drooling.

Made this last night: mustard-baked chicken with a pretzel crust. On a level of easy to difficult, this definitely leans toward easy. The dijon mustard-red wine vinegar sauce serves as the “bonding” agent between the chicken and the pretzels. The remaining sauce is then drizzled on top once the goodness comes out of the oven.
